Returns and Exchange
At I Like Your Hair we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will make every effort to ensure this.
All returns must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. The shipping chargers for returns will be paid for by the customer.
1. You will receive a 100% refund of your original purchase price or a replacement for the exact product/products if the following conditions are met.
A. If the product/products are determined as a manufactured defect by our customer team.
B. The product/products must not be deemed damaged by the customer, worn, dyed, permed, bleached, washed, straighten, or altered in any shape, form, or fashion. All original packaging such as the tags, labels and the original or a copy of the packing slip must be returned with the product as well as the RMA
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
1. Email customer service at email@example.com to get an RMA#. You must provide them the following information in the email:
A. First, Last Name and the Order number from your packing slip
B. Your Telephone number and email address
C. Return address. This must be a physical address not a P.O. Box.
D. The product/products that are being returned
E. A brief description/reason for returning the product/products
Once you ship the product/products please email customer service and provide in the Subject line the RMA#. In the body of the email please provide the method of shipping ex. Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, etc… and the tracking number. After the inspection of the product/products customer service will contact you.
